Requirements:
1. The 1:3 cement sand powder should be applied for more than 15 days, and the powdered surface must be flat, but not too smooth, and the corners should not be too sharp.
2. Before construction, there must be no moss, grease or other pollutants on the cement surface or the surface of the object to be coated. If there are any, they must be completely removed, otherwise it will affect the adhesion and keep it fully dry.
3. If there is old paint, the surface of the object to be coated must be tested or confirmed to be adhered before construction, otherwise it must be removed.

Primer and bottom seal treatment:
The objects to be coated are all primed and bottom sealed to prevent color penetration and moisture contamination of the real stone paint.
The amount of primer used must be more than 0.3kg/m per coat until there is no color penetration.

Spraying middle stone paint
Start spraying real stone paint, spraying thickness 2-3mm, air pressure between 6-8KG/m. When spraying, spray other objects, use newspaper
or tape to completely isolate. After spraying, harden for 24 hours, must be consistent with the appearance, the amount is about 3-6Kg/m.

Grinding
Before spraying the real stone paint topcoat, grind the sharp-angled particles on the surface of the real stone paint by about 30-50%, which can increase the beauty of the gravel, reduce sharpness and avoid dust accumulation.
